Lovely cards arrived quickly, would use seller again
Sally's artistry is wonderful and the content such fun producing great quality Christmas cards. This transaction was marred by the abysmal service provided by Royal Mail; having lost the first despatch, I had to request a second attempt. Sally's professionalism in dealing with a problem which was not her fault was exemplary. Indeed, the star rating should not read "Delivery" but "Despatch". Sellers control speed of despatch, delivery is entirely out of their control. Thank you, Sally, and I must remember to order ALL my cards in November next year! 😊
